Jeff Nischwitz is the Director of Business Development for Bochner PLLC, a law firm serving entrepreneurs and tech companies. Previously, he was CEO of CoreX Legal and founder of The Nischwitz Group, where he gained recognition as an executive coach and international speaker on leadership, team engagement, and business growth. Known for challenging conventional thinking, Jeff has authored five books, including Snow Globe Leadership: Shaken Not Settled and Unmask: Let Go of Who You’re “Supposed” to Be & Unleash Your True Leader.

Jerome, a Kannapolis native and Johnson C. Smith University graduate, is an innovative educator and professional with experience teaching and working in data science roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Known for creative projects, including turning a classroom into a recording studio, he also ran for the North Carolina State House in 2012, building connections along the way.
